SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are filled/brewed to order and typically ship within 3-5 business days to most locations. Customers should expect longer ship times during holidays and other peak times. Orders generally ship via UPS ground .
REFUND POLICY
We are committed to the highest level of customer service and quality. If you are unsatisfied with any of our products, we ask the you submit a formal refund/return request to info@silkcoffeecompany.com.
Your request will be processed/reviewed within 7-10 business days. We do not accept return products to our manufacturing warehouse due to safety and health concerns. If you are unsatisfied with a product we ask that you submit a formal request to have your product(s) replaced immediately.
